This Privacy Policy defines the data protection practices of Stereocap (“Stereocap”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Stereocap provides services to users worldwide. Stereocap collects a whole series of data which you communicate to us directly. For example, Stereocap collects data that you provide through:

  • processing your orders;

  • requests or questions that you submit to us by email or through forms;

  • Your communications and exchanges with our services (on our websites, in stores, during special events, by telephone, on third-party social media sites, by post or by e-mail);

  • Services you use;

  • your participation in Stereocap contests or surveys;

  • comments you submit regarding Stereocap Services and products;

  • registering an account or product and administering your account;

  • downloads or publications via the Services;

  • customer assistance and technical support requests.


Although other Stereocap entities may also collect and process this data, as described at the start of the Privacy Policy, Stereocap will always be responsible for this type of processing.
Data about you. Although some Services do not require you to provide data that could directly identify you by name, the specific types of data we collect will depend on the Services you use, how you use them and what data you choose to communicate. The types of data we collect directly are:

Data about other people. If you request that your Stereocap purchase be delivered to another person (for a gift, for example), we use the data you provide on the other person to process the delivery.

Stereocap identifier. Some of our products and features allow or require you to create an account and a Stereocap identifier in order to connect to a whole range of Stereocap Services. This identifier also allows Stereocap to consolidate the data collected on a whole range of Stereocap products and services so that we can offer you an optimal experience for all of our Services.

2. Data we collect automatically

When you use our Services, we collect certain data, as described in this Section. As we explain below, we and our service providers (third-party companies working on our behalf) may use different technologies, including cookies and similar tools, to facilitate the collection of this data.

Produits Stereocap connectés.

If you connect your Stereocap product (such as headphones, earphones or speakers) to the Internet or to Stereocap software or an application, we may automatically receive data about how you use the Stereocap product, including:

Mobile applications and Stereocap software.


When you use a mobile application or Stereocap software, we automatically receive certain data concerning the mobile phone, tablet or computer used to access the application or software, including the identifier of the mobile device, the address IP, operating system, version, Internet service provider, browser type, domain name and other similar data, any updates to your application and to your connected Stereocap products, date and time of use , and how you use the app, including time spent in different areas of the app, content viewed or downloaded (including stations listened to, playlists, artists, albums, songs, or podcasts) as well as the list of software systems and applications.

Location data.

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect location data (e.g., IP address, city / state and / or postal code associated with an IP address) from your computer or your mobile device. This data allows us to activate access to content that varies depending on the user's location (for example, access to local radio stations).

We will ask for your permission before collecting your GPS location data. Collection of data on Stereocap products, personal peripherals and applications.

3. Data we collect on social media and other content platforms.

When you use mobile applications from Stereocap or other suppliers, you may also receive personalized advertisements integrated into the applications. We may use third-party service providers to serve advertisements on mobile applications or to analyze mobile applications. Stereocap shares your data as follows:

  • Subsidiaries and branches.
